BONUS #1:  You receive a one-year Home Warranty Policy.  We will negotiate the warranty on your behalf at no cost to you, or we’ll pay for it.

BONUS #2:  You will receive our written Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee™ (up to $10,000 value) whereby we agree in writing to sell it for free, if you decide to sell the home within 18 months of your purchase and True Vision Realtors® acted as your agent on the home purchase. *(conditions apply)

BONUS #3: You will receive our VIP Communication Guarantee whereby we commit to keeping you posted on the progress of your home purchase process with an update at least every week (or more if needed), and return phone calls, texts and emails within 24 hours. If we fail to honor that agreement, we will pay you $100 cash (up to $1,000).*(conditions apply)

Buying a home is important to you, and we recognize that there is a lot at stake for you. So it’s important that the lines of communication are open both ways throughout the home buying process. It’s not your responsibility to initiate communications with your Real Estate Professional, which is why we make it a top priority to keep you informed.

Real Estate professionals are busy, and notorious for dropping the ball when it comes to communicating with their clients. Often times, it’s because they have become so familiar with the process that they wrongfully assume that you, the client, are just as familiar. To ensure that you never feel stranded, alone, or confused on what’s happening we put in writing our guarantee to keep the lines of communication open throughout the process. We will provide you with an update at least every week (more often as needed, of course) throughout the home buying process.

As Your Buyers Agent, We will provide you with the following services:

  • We will assist you in securing the best financing program for your specific situation with the lowest interest rate and least expensive closing costs and have a pre-qualification/approval certificate generated to give you the best competitive
    advantage in future negotiations.
  • We’ll provide you with regular updates from our MLS of all the new listings that match your criteria. This will allow you to browse and drive by to determine which properties you want to see.
  • We’ll research and locate properties not readily available online and contact you when one or more match your home buying criteria (unlisted properties, bank foreclosures, auction properties, wholesale deals, new construction, FSBO, etc.)
  • We’ll arrange a private showing of any property you want to see including New Construction, Bank Owned, and For Sale By Owner properties.
  • When you find a property you like, we’ll provide our expert guidance to you on the best strategy regarding offer price, financing terms, interest rate, possession date, and anything else you want to know.
  • We’ll help you prepare the offer with the terms, provisions, and addendums weighted in your best interest.
  • We’ll present the offer on your behalf and negotiate in your favor to help you secure the property on the best possible terms that meet your criteria.
  • We’ll recommend heavily vetted and extremely competent affiliates to complete your total home purchase: title & escrow expertise, home inspection.
  • We’ll be available for you to answer any questions you might have.
  • You are never under any obligation, at any time, to buy any property.

You understand our fee (TBD in our Buyer’s Agency Agreement) will partially be paid up front to TrueVision Realtors® and balance paid by the Seller of the property you purchase at the close of sale, provided TrueVision Realtors® acted as your agent on the sale. Please notify us of any property you wish to view; inform other agents, Sellers and Builders TrueVision Realtors® is representing your interests and acting as your agent. The agreement would automatically expires twelve months from the date signed, unless cancelled earlier by either party in writing. Performance of the Services are conditioned upon TrueVision Realtors® being remunerated (paid) as dictated above.
